We combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)\u00a0 with strong academics to provide a unique educational model for families in Magnolia and surrounding communities.<br \/>\nTo make the process simple, we want parents to clearly understand the admission application, enrollment requirements, grade-level placement, and lottery system.\n<h2>\n\t\t\tHow Admission &#038; Enrollment Works at Thrive\t<\/h2>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tUnderstanding the Application, Lottery, and Enrollment Process\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>At Thrive Center for Success, we strive to make the admissions process simple and transparent for every family. Because we are a tuition-free, public charter school, admission is open to all eligible students &#8211; but space is limited. Here&#8217;s how the process works:<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tAdmission Application\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>During the open application window, families may submit the Charter Student Admission Application (CSAA) online.<\/p>\n<p>Only the application form is required at this stage &#8211; no records, IEPs, or health information may be requested until after a student is offered enrollment, per TEA regulations.<\/p>\n<p>When selecting your child&#8217;s grade level, choose the grade they will enter for the upcoming school year.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students currently enrolled in school: select their next grade level.<\/li>\n<li>Homeschooled or clinic-based students: choose the grade that best aligns with age and skill level.<\/li>\n<li>Children born between April and August may apply for either their age-appropriate grade or one grade lower, depending on readiness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/apply.avela.org\/thrivesuccess\"><strong data-start=\"1383\" data-end=\"1396\">Solicitar ahora<\/strong><\/a>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tLottery Process\t<\/h3>\n\t<p>Thrive conducts a random lottery to ensure a fair admissions process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The lottery is held after the close of the application window.<\/li>\n<li>Families are notified by email whether their child has been offered a seat or placed on a waitlist.<\/li>\n<li>If your child is waitlisted, don&#8217;t worry &#8211; spots often open as families finalize their decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\nIf the number of applications exceeds the number of available seats, a public lottery is conducted in compliance with Texas charter school law.<br \/>\n2026-2027 Lottery Date: February 6, 2026\n<p><strong>Applications submitted between Dec. 1, 2025 &#8211; Feb. 1, 2026<\/strong>\u00a0will be included in the lottery.<\/p>\n<h3>\n\t\t\tEnrollment\t<\/h3>\n\tIf your child is offered a seat and you accept, the enrollment process begins. At this stage, Thrive may request:<br \/>\nStudent health records\n<ul>\n<li>Academic records<\/li>\n<li>Verification of address<\/li>\n<li>Past IEPs, if applicable<\/li>\n<li>Discipline records (if relevant)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enrollment helps us individualize instruction, but it cannot be used to screen students during the application phase.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Non-Discrimination:<\/strong> Thrive&#8217;s admission policy may not discriminate based on sex, national origin, ethnicity, religion, disability, academic ability, artistic ability, athletic ability, or district of residence.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>\n\t\t\tNotes &#038; Disclosures\t<\/h2>\n\t<h3><strong>Applications After the Deadline<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Applications submitted after February 1, 2026 will be added to the waitlist in the order they are received.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The waitlist is valid only for the 2026-2027 school year.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Age &amp; Grade Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Students must be five years old on or before September 1st of the school year to enter Kindergarten.<\/p>\n<p>Thrive currently serves grades K-8th and will expand annually to eventually serve through 12th grade. Grades K-9 will be offered The 2026-2027 school year<\/p>\n<p>Thrive uses multi-age flexible groupings so students are taught based on skill level, not just grade level.
