\n\n\t\t\tDr. Lauren Link\t<\/h3>\n\tDr.\u00a0Lauren\u00a0Link\u00a0serves as the BCBA Director and CABAS\u00ae Instructional\u00a0Coach at Thrive Center for Success. In this role, she\u00a0leads the BCBA team, provides intensive CABAS\u00ae training to all\u00a0staff, and supports the implementation of evidence-based instructional\u00a0practices across the school. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral\u00a0(BCBA-D), Dr.\u00a0Link\u00a0brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell\u00a0University and completed her PhD in Behavior Analysis at Teachers College, Columbia University, where she studied under the founder of the CABAS\u00ae model. Her advanced training and experience continue to guide her work in developing effective instructional\u00a0systems at Thrive.
\nSince joining Thrive in July of 2024, Dr.\u00a0Link\u00a0has played a key role in advancing the school’s mission through staff development, systems-level\u00a0coaching, and curriculum design. She runs a CABAS\u00ae Academy course to help teachers understand the scientific foundations of their daily practice and will\u00a0be\u00a0leading parent training initiatives to further strengthen school-home collaboration.
\nDr.\u00a0Link\u00a0brings to her work a background in early childhood and elementary education, with five years of classroom teaching experience from pre-K through third grade. Her research on instruction and curriculum design, including her dissertation titled\u00a0“The Effects of Equivalence-Based Instruction on Mathematical\u00a0Problem-Solving,”\u00a0continues to inform her passion for creating inclusive and effective\u00a0learning environments.
